Bring a dish to share for our potluck dinner (and don't forget your serving utensils); bring your family, and bring your bathing suits--Deep Run is letting us use their pool!
This meeting will be a great chance to actually TALK to each other and a way to make some gas money by cleaning out our tack boxes. And it'll be a lot of fun.
Go through your unused tack and find the saddle that didn't fit your warmblood, the miracle Mylar bit that DIDN'T fix the pulling problem and the saddle pad that clashes with your true love's eyes. Clean them up, mark them with with your name, their size and a price, and bring them, along with your favorite dish to share and a table, if you need one to display all your tack. And bring some change (we're each selling our own items).
This will be a great chance to find a bargain on the miracle Mylar bit that will finally fix your horse's pulling problem, catch up with the latest horse news and your friends' lives, and make fall riding plans.
The public is welcome to join us for most meetings but this meeting is for members of the CVACTA, their families and their guests only.
